Paws 4 A Cure Urgent Veterinary Assistance
Paws 4 A Cure provides financial assistance for urgent veterinary care for dogs and cats in need across the United States. The organization states that it is currently accepting applications from individuals, but plans to stop accepting new assistance applications beginning September 12, 2026 and asks applicants to check back after October 14 for updates. A diagnosis and treatment plan are required before an application can be considered. Assistance can cover eligible illness and injury treatment, including medication and certain non-routine dental conditions. The current maximum grant is up to $400 and is a one-time grant. Approved cases may also involve a fundraising page created by Paws 4 A Cure, and payment is made to the veterinary practice rather than reimbursed to the owner.
