FACE Foundation Save-A-Life Assistance
The FACE Foundation provides financial support to pet owners who cannot afford emergency or critical veterinary care and are at risk of losing a beloved pet because of financial hardship. FACE says its Save-A-Life program works with partner veterinary hospitals, with clients applying for a FACE grant and grants paid directly to partner hospitals on the clients’ behalf. Its service area includes San Diego, California and Oahu, Hawaii. FACE describes typical grantees as low-income families, senior citizens, veterans, military families, students, disabled people and hard-working families who have exhausted other options.
