Verizon Is Giving Away $10,000 Grants to 10 Small Businesses Every Month

Verizon, in partnership with the nonprofit LISC, is awarding $10,000 grants to 10 small businesses every month from June through December 2026, and you can still apply.

You qualify if you own a for-profit small business based in the United States, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands and you are 18 or older. Applying is free.

To unlock the application, register for Verizon Small Business Digital Ready and complete any two free courses or events on the platform. You apply once and stay under consideration for the rest of 2026, and every applicant receives a final decision by January 12, 2027.

This is a grant, not a loan, so you don’t pay it back. Because one application stays in the pool through December, finishing your two courses sooner gets you into more monthly rounds.

If you own more than one business, you may apply for only one. If you applied before April 15, 2026, you must submit a new application, and each business may apply only once. Only applications submitted through the LISC form in your Digital Ready account are accepted.

Legitimate email updates come from an @lisc.org address. If a message comes from another domain, or anyone asks you to pay to secure a grant, don’t respond. The official application is free.

Verizon says it has awarded $15 million in grants since 2021, and more than 1,500 small businesses have received Digital Ready grants. Confirm all details on the official pages at https://digitalready.verizonwireless.com/funding and https://www.lisc.org before you apply.
